I ordered an paid for a fairy door on 9.19.2011. and by October the end of October I still hadn't received it. I emailed Mr. Bain with a quick response and then nothing. It is November and still no fairy door and I have contacted Mr. Bain multiple times via email without response. At this point I have paid 29.50 for nothing. Very frustrating. Now ordering another door for my Niece's birthday who has been awaiting her gift for some time now.

Royal mail screwed up the delivery on this, but Bill has been very very helpful and re-sent the item with extras as compensation, would definitely buy from again..
